Formula 1 has been on a hiatus for four weeks. They know how to keep fans informed. The video shows the drivers talking about what they do outside of racing. They captioned the video , “Apparently, life is more than F1”. As the drivers talked, the Williams driver Alex Albon stole the show.
Albon confessed that he enjoys playing games and is “a little bit weird”. He quickly changed his mind and said that it wasn’t weird. He reminded them that there are many gamers today. The 27-year old snubbed the Esports scene. He laughed and called them nerds. Albon revealed that he enjoys golf. Lily Muni, Albon’s partner on the LPGA Tour is also a professional golfer. Both are frequently spotted playing golf.
Formula 1 also entertains its fan base through F1 Grill The Grid videos. YouTube is a place where they share videos of F1 drivers answering questions. They released a video five years ago of Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo answering questions such as “Name your team”. The Red Bull duo earned 12 points. They were behind Torro Rosa (14 points) and Sauber (13). Ricciardo ended the video by congratulating Daniil kvyat (and Carlos Sainz). He called them “nerds”. Alex Albon seems to have taken a leaf out of Ricciardo’s book.

Albon said he enjoyed playing golf and games, but the other F1 drivers also spoke of their passion. Esteban Ocon likes sports. Sergio Perez and Lance Stroll, as well as Oscar Pistari enjoy golf. McLaren’s rookie chose golf to help him build a relationship with Lando Norris, his teammate and CEO Zak Brown. The two are frequently on the golf courses.
Max Verstappen has admitted that he loves sim racing. He even has his team. The reigning champion admitted he spent many hours doing that. Verstappen added that he enjoys spending time with his family. Pierre Gasly is the new Alpine driver. He has many interests. Paddle Tennis is one of them, as well as Football and Basketball.
Lando Norris has revealed that he loves classic cars. He bought a Fiat Jolly. He calls it the “coolest car in the world” . Charles Leclerc, Ferrari’s star driver is passionate about music. Lewis Hamilton is also a music lover. Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton revealed that he always carries a “music bag” with him. The bag contains a keyboard, guitar, and recording gear. It travels with him around the world.
