Beneil Dariush has had a remarkable win streak since his first defeat against Ramsey Nijem. Having won against notable opponents like Jim Miller and Michael Johnson. Edson Barboza , a UFC fighter, is among the most popular fighters in history. The fighter, who had won over Gilbert Melendez and Anthony Pettis, was ready to face Beneil Dariush. Benny had already won two fights after his loss to Michael Chiesa, and was expected to beat Barboza. The result was not in favor of Assyrian fans.

Beneil Dariush’s latest loss against Alexander Hernandez
Dariush’s career appeared to be at an end after the devastating loss against Edson Barboza. Beneil’s UFC career was not looking promising after his matchup with Evan Dunham ended in a draw. The UFC 222 would make this clear. Benny failed to overcome the odds when he faced Alexander Hernandez in lightweight division.
Hernandez was a raging bull in the first round. Beneil Dariush was unable to keep up and was knocked out in the first round after 42 seconds. The brutal defeat did not end his career.
