The Suns had to play since then without their star player who excelled in moving the ball. Recently, the Suns struggled to set the rhythm and move the ball. Nikola Jokic, who was expected, led all scorers and the Nuggets with 29, and 12 assists. He also had 13 rebounds. Bruce Brown Jr. made a surprise appearance and scored 25 points to follow Jokic. Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr. and then each scored 19 points as the Nuggets won the game.
